1. How can I join FM GROUP?

First step: Sign the contract
You sign the contract with your sponsor, the person who introduced you to FM GROUP. You need to fill out the form in capital letters with all your personal details so we can put your all the correct information on our database. You can send the form by fax, post, or by email. You can also register ONLINE by filling in the online registration form. When you register online you do still need to complete an offline form and post in to us (please make it clear that you have already completed the online registration). We are unable to pay commission to you until we have your signed registration form. People who don’t know anyone in FM GROUP can contact our head office and we will contact our leaders closest to you and ask them to contact you directly.

Second Step: Buy the starter kit. You can do it in two ways.
When you sign the contract your sponsor may have a starter kit you can purchase. If your sponsor does not have a spare starter kit you can purchase a starter kit directly from the company when you send your registration form in, remember to include delivery cost.

2. What does the starter kit include?

Starter kit 100 includes: 100 samples of fragrances, a registration form for a new distributor, one marketing plan booklet, 1 fragrance catalogue, 1 for home, price list, all current leaflets and a pen. Remember to look at our product catalogue. Our starter kit contains 100 samples.

Starter kit 160 includes: 110 classic collection samples, 47 luxury collection samples, 3 fruit collection samples, a registration form for a new distributor, one marketing plan booklet, 1 fragrance catalogue, 1 for home catalogue, price list, all current leaflets and a pen.

 Price: £42.50

We also have other fragranced products like: shower gels, body lotions, children’s perfumes. All these products you can find in our catalogue.

3. How Do I Get Free Delivery?

You won’t pay the shipping costs if you order more than 20 bottles of regular perfumes or products of 580 points. If you order less than:
0-10 bottles or less than 318 points it is £5 for delivery
11-20 bottles or less than 580 points it is £3 for delivery

4. I want my order delivered to Ireland. What are the shipping costs?

There is already FM office in Ireland

5. Can I add to an order I have already placed?

Yes, but only up to 15 minutes after you placed the original order. It is not possible to do it any later as the order is already being processed and prepared to be sent to you. We want to avoid missing any products in the parcels. So please prepare your order carefully and be very clear about the items you request. Thank You

6. How can I get my password?

Once we have registered you in our database you need to wait 2 hours before you contact us at head office to get your password. After we verify your personal details we are able to give you your password. We also send an email If your provide us your e mail address on the contract from.

7. Do I have to log in to place the order?

You don’t have to log in to place the order. You can order products after 15 minutes of your registration. You can order on the phone or by email or by fax. If you order and pay before 1pm you will have your products the next working day. You need to pay advance. You can pay by card (credit, debit card), by PAYPAL (after you place the order we will send you money request to your e mail address), by money transfer on our bank account. Account details: FM COSMETICS UK, sort code: 20-37-21, account no: 70116718. Please note that if you are paying money into our bank account through money transfer online you have to allow time for it to reach our bank account, depending on your bank this can be 3 to 5 working days. If you pay cash in Barclays bank we have money after few minutes.

If you want you can use our quick order form online to place your order once you have logged in using your id number and password. After you have received your login and password you will have access to distributors zone to check all new information, promotions, distributors news and prices. Please login regularly to check latest news.

8. How can I find out about the promotions if I don’t have access to internet?

Most of people who order over the phone receive the leaflets in their parcels. You can also contact your sponsor to find out about NEWS. The easiest way to inform you about current promotions and news is online. You can use internet in internet cafes, if you do not have access at home.

9. Will the company have new products like soaps?

Yes, we will increase our products range. You will be informed about all new products coming in our newsletter, leaflets and on our website.

10. Will the free gifts (free samples) change?

We will change our promotional items and free gifts from time to time. For current free gifts please have a look around our website.

11. Will FM COSMETICS UK open new head offices in UK?

We don’t plan to open new offices in UK. There will be only one head office in London. Our service is very good and we can send parcels within UK in 24 hours so people who can’t come to our distributor centre can order products over the phone, online or by fax.

12. What is the procedure of ordering the products?

Orders received by internet, fax or on the phone:
a) If you order your products before 2pm (date of the email being received) and if you pay for your products in advance before 2pm you will have your parcel next working day (except Saturday) If you want to have your products on Saturday you need to pay extra £8.
b) If we receive your order after 2pm we will send your order next working day so you will have your products in two working days.

If you have paid for your order and the parcel has been sent but you haven’t received it within 3 working days please contact our head office (tel. 0208 998 3898)

You have to remember that our parcels are delivered by DPD courier company, they need to have parcels signed so someone has to be at home to sign for the parcel. If no one can be at home please provide us with a different address (your neighbours, your work address)

13. What are the payment methods?

You can pay by card over the phone. Card accepted: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express

You can pay by PAYPAL. You need to tell us your email address and we will send you the money request to your email address. After we receive payment we will send your parcel. You can pay CASH into our bank account. After you place the order we will tell you how much you have to pay. If you pay cash before 1pm you will have your products next working day after we receive the payment, please note depending on the bank you make the payment at this may take a couple of days. Please use Barclays if you can. You can transfer money online from your bank account. Remember that transfer is going to be to our bank account within 3-4 working days. Once we receive the payment we will send you the parcel.

14. What to do if the product is damaged?

If you notice that a product is damaged by us or the courier, please send it to us by Royal Mail standard parcel and as soon as we receive it we will send you a replacement. We will refund your postage cost in samples or catalogues. Please call us to inform us about your damage product. Please provide us your distributors details and description of what happened to your products / parcel.

If you would like to exchange the numbers of perfumes you have ordered we can do this for you, provided the box is sealed and bottle unopened. Please send us the unopened perfumes and your details and the numbers you wish to exchange them for. We will send you the new numbers. Remember that you will have to pay the shipping costs.

15. What to do if my client is not satisfied with the fragrance?

You need to remember that you have samples you need to show to your client. They choose the fragrance they wish to buy by trying the sample first. All our fragrances are the same in the sample and in the bottle. We won’t refund opened bottles of perfumes. We do not refund lip glosses and other used make upproducts. If you return starter kit and it is seen that it has been used we may deduct some money of it.

16. Do I have to pay tax on my commission?

Every distributor is responsible for their own tax, national insurance etc on their earnings. You can read more about this on our website in distributors’ zone in IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

17. How often is the catalogue changed?

We change our catalogue and usually 20 fragrances ones a year. The details are always on our website.

18. Is my commission paid automaticly into my bank account?

No, you need to let us know that you want us to transfer your commission to your bank account. If you ask us to send you your commission to your bank account we will then do it automaticly every month unless it is less then 15 pounds or If you tell us not to do it every month.

If you don't tell us and you have some commission on your FM account we will deduct your commission automaticly with your next order as a discount. We can deduct maximum 50 % of an invoice. The rest of your commission goes to the next order. If you don't use your whole commission in one month it goes to the next month. You don't loose money. Remember to order products worth 34.42 points a month to get commission from your team.
